How am I billed for my VoIP Services?

c2cvoip charges your credit card on the 1st of every month. This charge is an advanced payment.  So for example: When you pay your bill on May 1st you are paying your May invoice.

If I need assistance with my service what is the fastest way to get support?

The fastest way to contact support is to email support@c2voip.com. This email will go to our entire support team and you will get the fastest response.

How do I change the credit card that I have on file with c2cvoip?

Email your request to support@c2cvoip.com. Support will send you a credit card authorization form for you to quickly update or change your credit card information.

How do I get my invoices?

Our billing system will automatically send you your invoice once funds are received and deposited. The invoice will come from billing@c2cvoip.com.

I want to add a phone to our system. What do I do?

Email your request to support@c2cvoip.com or call us @ 855-749-3314. We will send you a quote for the added service for a signature and approval. We can start your new service immediately depending on the service requested.
